Appointment Policy

In order to maintain the highest standards of care for our patients, we have implemented the following financial policies:

• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may need to reschedule or wait longer to be seen.
• Copayments are due at the time of service.  
• We require a credit card to be left on file for future balance billing purposes such as: patient balances, insurance balances and broken appointment fees.
• For Medical visits:  
• $25 fee will be charged to the credit card on file if appointments are canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment or no show. 
• For Cosmetic or Surgical visits:
• $50 fee will be charged to the credit card on file if appointments are canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment or no show.
